- Operations team made up of expatriate personnel (project managers, engineers, shop managers, group leaders and technical supervisors) who are available on a 7-day-a-week basis
- Total canteen, accommodation and maintenance service management
- Turnkey construction of operational, residential and administrative camps
- On-site presence of an operational back-up group for subsequent maintenance and full catering work
